We do not ship to countries listed under international sanctions, including but not limited to: Belarus, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, North Korea, Syria, and Zimbabwe. Shipping availability may also be limited in certain regions due to customs regulations.

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and may vary depending on your country.

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your payment is successfully processed, your order will begin processing.

Processing time typically takes 1 to 4 business days, which includes order verification, packaging, and dispatch. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Orders placed after Friday afternoon or during weekends will be processed and shipped the following business days.

All payments are processed in USD. If you are paying in a different currency, your bank will handle the conversion based on current exchange rates.

If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on product availability and warehouse location. In such cases, you will receive multiple tracking numbers.

Requests made after 12 hours may not be accepted as orders are processed quickly. If a cancellation is still possible after this period, a 15 percent cancellation fee may apply to cover processing and handling costs.
