Our return policy is valid for 3 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

Return requests submitted after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted.
Orders with a value exceeding $350 USD are not eligible for returns or refunds due to customs, duties, and import costs that are non-refundable. If you are unsure about a product, we recommend placing separate orders.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a few business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Please note that product images may slightly differ from the actual item due to lighting conditions or screen display differences.
Original shipping costs are covered by Timepieces NYC. However, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We take full responsibility in cases where the product is defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was sent. In such cases, we will provide a free replacement or a full refund.
We do not offer refunds or replacements for issues caused by the customer, including incorrect shipping addresses or incorrect item selections such as size, color, or model. Orders are processed and shipped exactly as selected at checkout.
If there is an issue caused by us, please take clear photos of the problem and email us with the subject line: “Order #YourOrderNumber – Replacement Request”. Include the photos, a clear description of the issue, and the order number with the affected item. Our support team will respond within 1 business day with further instructions.
All orders are guaranteed for delivery. If your order is not delivered due to circumstances beyond your control, we will reship the item to the original shipping address provided at checkout.
If you need to modify your order, contact us immediately. Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes cannot be made and refunds will not be issued for incorrect selections.
Items received damaged or defective will be replaced at no cost or fully refunded.
